Kelly was a full time working mum to 2 primary school kids. 2020 has been particularly challenging for most people and she found herself “accidentally" falling into entrepreneurship after leaving the corporate world.
She has had personal battles with body fat since her 20's. Through trial and error, and living through results of typical weight loss fads which failed to be sustainable time and time again, she has made understanding belly fat a personal purpose. This program is a consolidation of all the science that she observed stayed consistent through the decades.
