What is this program about?
Given the recent stories of senior-level departures due to sexual harassment across venture capital, tech, and corporate, 'Fostering Gender Inclusive Cultures' is designed to raise awareness around this topic and to provide practical tips on how we can create more inclusive and safe environments for all regardless of gender.
It's not just about talk. It's about taking small actions every day to bring real solutions to this big topic.
Who is this program designed for?
This program is targeted to companies, teams, and individuals, regardless of gender, who want to learn about unconscious bias and how to promote gender-inclusive environments. This program uses tech examples given recent #MeToo scandals in Silicon Valley to raise awareness but offers practical tips that are applicable across any industry.
What will you take away?
This experiential program addresses the following questions:
Does sexism really exist? What's the proof?
What is the 'Pao Effect'?
Are you guilty?
What is appropriate?
What can I do today to make a difference?
