Can conflicts be de-escalated? The answer is yes. It is challenging but not impossible. There are three main phases in managing conflict: conflict de-escalation, conflict intervention, and conflict recovery.
What is this Microlearning Course about?
In this course, we will focus on conflict de-escalation. We do this by seeing the climate of shared vision, shared values, trust, relationship, learning and recovery. We will also be able to prevent conflicts from escalating by appreciating and applying the five levels of conflict.
