What is this 'Microlearning Course' about?
This course provides an overview of Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) and provides learners with an understanding of the purpose of integrating various subsystems in an industrial automation system. The program covers the purpose of Fieldbus and the types of Fieldbus used in the industrial automation. It introduces the concept of Human Machine Interface (HMI) which also forms part of the industrial automation system.
Who is this course designed for?
This course is suitable for learners who are keen to gain insights of the purpose of system integration, the purpose of Fieldbus and its applications, and Human Machine Interface used in the industrial automation system.
What will you take away?
At the end of the course, learners should be able to know the purpose and challenges of system integration. the role of Fieldbus, M2M and HMI used in system integration.
