Max Lam has been an educator in Singapore's Ngee Ann Polytechnic involved in the planning and designing efforts of promoting Innovation and Enterprise in the institute. In his 15 years of teaching experience at the Polytechnic, he has received numerous school teaching awards and an academic award for curriculum development.

Besides holding a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technologies from Nanyang Technological University, Max also holds a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) degree from the National University of Singapore and a Postgraduate Diploma in Systems Analysis from the Institute of Systems Science. Max is also a certified NLP Practitioner.

Max is a zealot and completely passionate about unleashing the full potential of his learners. He has conducted numerous leadership and innovation service learning programs in Singapore, Malaysia and China. He is a strong advocate of ideas cross-pollination through inter-cultural ideas exchange.
